OUR CLEANING TEAM MEMBERS - Five Star Cleaners regards employment practices as one of the most important facets of our business. Our team members are trusted with your premises and personal information and therefore we are extremely strict with who represents the Five Star Cleaners brand. All potential team members are interviewed face to face, are required to hold current police certificates and blue cards (where required), provide proof of residential address and possess multiple references from previous positions. You will be allocated the same team member for your regular clean and a back up cleaner is also trained in case your regular cleaner is unavailable. This ensure regular reliability and consistency at all times!
QUALITY CONTROL - We know what you've been through. You change cleaning companies and they're great for a couple of weeks and then the standard starts slipping. You contact them, they don't respond. You request extra work to be completed, it doesn't get done. Five Star Cleaners is different, vastly different. The account manager that offers your original quotation will physically perform aspects of the clean during the initial training period with your allocated cleaner. They will in addition train another back up cleaner to avoid missed cleans! After demonstrating the required ability to perform all works to the highest standard, your account manager will then quality control cleans and perform site visits on a regular basis to ensure that there is no decrease in the quality of your clean over time.
COMMUNICATION - Another area we recognize is lacking within the industry is the upkeep of communication. As with quality control, there seems to be a flurry of contact during the initial sign up phase and then a significant absence afterward. At Five Star Cleaners, we combat this in numerous ways. At the commencement of our works with you, your office will be allocated with a Communications Diary in which your staff can liaise with our cleaners on a regular basis. The diary can be used to allocate additional tasks, notify them of important information or any other issue. Your account manager will also be in regular contact via email, telephone or in person depending on your preferred method of contact (we know you may be too busy for regular face-‐to-‐face visits). Additionally, they are available 24/7 for emergencies should they arise.
